Rudeness much !!!

Okay, so I log on to my blog today to do my daily post and some person with ( excuse my language here !! ), NO BALLS decided to leave me a comment that said, "Get a Life." As far as I can tell I have a life, in fact one that I write about in my blog. If I didn't have a life then I wouldn't have anything to write about. Also, I think it is really cowardly for someone to post under ANONYMOUS. If you are going to be rude... do it with your real identity loser !!
The last and final thing I will say about this is that this blog is based around CHILDREN ! I think only a total low life would post "Get a Life" to a MOTHER who posts about her CHILDREN and her life !! If you don't like it... don't read it !!! Period !!

Okay, on another note, anyone who knows me knows that I love clothes for my kids. I love Gymboree, Baby Lulu, Janie and Jack, Gap, etc.. etc.. I have always been this way with them and as long as I can afford it I always will be !! I don't pay full price for their clothes as I have learned to shop sales. For example, right now is gymbucks earning time. I spent a mere 50$ to get one gymbuck the other day. However I bought stuff that was already clearanced. Fro 50$ I got a dress, a nightgown, 7 prs of panties for Rae, two shirts and a pair of shorts. Not bad huh? You couldn't do any better at wal-mart !! Plus, I earned a gymbuck.
Anyhoo, there is someone on here that has a blog who is bashing mothers who buy gymboree.

I totally think it is her right to post HER opinions on HER blog spot, but I find it really funny !! I mean, it seems like she truly has a grudge against mothers who buy nice clothes for their kids. Her and my husband would have a lot to talk about. Just kidding. Chris likes it when the kids ae nice and cleaned up.

Tonight is my bosses last day of work. We are having a party for her tonight !! Chris found a babysitter ( sorry sis, had NO clue he asked you !! LOL ) and he is going out w/ the guys and I am going out w/ people from work. Oh oh oh, I got the promotion. I will be transitioning into the new position in the next two weeks. I still have to train my replacement. They met me a little more than half-way on my salary request. I am satisfied w/ their offer !!

Okay, I really have to get back to work !! Friday is always a madhouse here !!

Better Mood...

I am in a better mood today. I refuse to be in a bad one ! I always love Thursdays because it means the weekend is closer than it was on Wednesday !!

Okay..funny Rae story....

Last night Rae had cheer and gymnastics. Coach Tracy coach both of these. I think Reagan drives her nuts during class b/c I can see Rae ( can't hear her b/c we are upstairs and she is down stairs in the gym) talking NON-STOP !! Well, at the end of the classes Coach Tracy said, "Reagan said the funniest thing tonight" Apparentley Rae told CT that " She does not pick her nose at gymnastics and that she only picks her nose at home !! " EWWWWWW !!! Where does she get these things? I need to install an off button on her. However, she is SOOOO close to having her cartwheel mastered. She has the momentum, but she needs to straighten the legs just a tad bit more. I am hoping that by the end of the summer she has the cartwheel and roundoff down. Technically she is "supposed" to be in the preschool tumbling class in the fall, however if she masters these things then I can put her in tumbling I. She was on the show team last year at the age of 3.5 and was on there with all 5 yr olds. She will be doing the show team and tumbling this fall. Then in the spring we will probably cut back to just tumbling ( because her first season of baseball will start !! woo hoo ) and then she will try out for the Level I competition team. What am I getting myself into????

Ryan is keeping on with baseball. He is going to a baseball camp next Friday. I think he will really enjoy it. Plus, he has tryouts for a new team next SAturday so that should get him primed and ready !! LOL Ryan is sooooooo excited about the possibility of being on a tournament team. He really likes that coach ( he has played with that coach a few times this year ) and likes the boys on the team. Ryan has been practicing with them this summer and they are really organzied and put together.

Well, time to get off the blog and get back to work. Is it 4 yet??? Seriously !!

I need a vacation...

Next Wednesday can not come fast enough. I will be off Wed-Sunday next week and I couldn't be happier. Chris's brother will be in town so I am hoping that he can come over and do something fun with the me and the kids.

Work can't make up their mind about the promotion thing. I think they are going to ssssllllllooooooowwwwwwwllllllllllyyyyyyyy transtion the postion. That is fine, but I do not intend on doing both jobs for them !!

The drama of little league baseball is also draining me. I am to the point where I am going to step away from it all. Meaning I will tell Chris to let me know when to show up. As many know, Ryan is playing on his regular team this summer, plus practicing with another team, and preparing for tryouts at the same time. Somewhere in there schedules are going to overlap. I give up trying to make everyone happy. Chris is being a butt head saying that he feels like he is stuck in the middle. Personally there is ONE person here that needs to be happy and it is Ryan !! I don't care anymore who gets mad at who. It is all petty and I want my son to be happy regardless of the team he decided to play on. I am also annoyed b/c I feel like Ryan "might" be getting left out of things b/c of the team switching thing. That truly hurts b/c Ryan loves his friends and doesn't understand why changing teams would affect that. The same goes for the friendships that are between all the adults. I guess it is times like these when you find out who your friends really are.

My gym partner is out of town this week so I haven't been good about going :( OH well, there is always next week. Rae has cheer and gymnastics tonight so that should be fun. She is doing well mastering her cartwheel. She can do her jumps and is working on being sharp and hitting her moves. It is just too cute.

Like I said I am tired and need a vacation. Being a parent can really drain you sometimes !! ( but in a good way of course !! )

Early Morning Ramblings...

Well, it is close to 7 a.m and I am already at work. It always takes me a couple of hours to get my head out of the clouds and get focused. Does this really surprise anyone? As I was driving in this morning I heard that Paris Hilton is free from jail. My life is now complete now that the pampered princess is out of Lynnwood !! Seriously... I could care lesss. However I will watch the post jail interview to see what comes pouring out of her mouth !!

On a different note, why is it that companies INSIST on keeping the office 65 degrees? I am not kidding, even when it is 95 degrees outside I have my space heater on. Oh, speaking of work I should find out today about the promotion.

Not much else is going on. Ryan has baseball practice tonight, however I would not be surprised if it gets rained out. This practicing with two teams thing is killing me !! I actually feel bad for Ryan b/c there is one team that he REALLY REALLY wants to play on, but he has to finish up his season on his current team. This leads me to another uneasy situation. I have become good friends with the mothers of Ryan's current team. I hope that Ryan changing teams will not affect these friendships. I guess time will only tell.

Oh, do you ever have days where you want your hubby to just leave you alone? I think I am emotional or something right now and Chris is NOT helping !! He keeps asking me if I am mad... um no, but if he doesn't leave me alone then I have a feeling I will say something I shouldn't and then we will both get mad !! LOL I know it won't last, but he is just on my nerves right now.
Also, if he doesn't quit smoking then I am going to have to pull some drastic cards. Seriously, it drives me crazy !! I mean, anyone who knows me knows that I have smoked on and off for years, but never all the time everyday. I can smoke one when I am out with the girls or having a bad day and not pick one up for weeks. I can easily go without them and it doesn't phase me. Chris's smoking has gotten out of hand and I want it stopped !! ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Okay, enough ranting and raving for right now. I will update about the job when I hear something !!

Another weekend gone...

The weekends are WAY too fast. Rae and I had a blast hanging out together this weekend. This morning we woke up and went swimming at my sisters. I have never heard two little girsl squeal and giggle like Jenna and Rae. We came home and Rae has been driving me crazy ever since. She is SOOOOO ready for her Daddy to get back home. Chris called and he should be home around 6. I think I am going to force him to take me out for some Mexican food tonight. I really want some grilled chicken and onions. ( fajitas w/out all the fattening stuff !! ) I think a Corona Light is also on order !!

Seriously, I miss being able to spend my days with the kids. They would be sooo bored at home with me though. They love their preschool, so that makes work a little easier.

Well, time to go do some Laundry so Rae has her field trip shirt for tomorrow !!

Girls, Girls, Girls !!!

Chris and Ryan are out of town and it is just us girls !! When I picked her up from school she was soooo excited to start our girls weekend !!

We started out by going to the mall. I had to exchange something at gymboree. I swear that little girl is going to be in 3's and 4's forever. I tried some shorts on her and and 2t's fit her !! I refused to buy 2T's, so we got a dress. We are going for pictures as long as the weather holds tomorrow. Okay, so as I am checking out at gymboree Rae starts singing at the top her lungs Tim Mcgraw's "Fly Away". When she sings it she does so at the top of her lungs and with a total hick accent. It is too funny !! She proceeded to keep singing this song until we left the mall !!

When we got home we played babies and she is now watching "The Secret Garden" in my room. shhhhh, don't tell her Daddy, but I will totally let her sleep with me this weekend ! LOL

Tomorrow we are going to take pics before it gets hot and then just hang out. If the sun REALLY comes out then I will take her to the gym to swim. She has been asking to go there.

Oh, tomorrow I have to scan in these charicatures that were done of Rae and Ryan. I will explain the irony of the pictures when I post them !!

Thursday, Thursday, Thursday...

Thank Goodness it is Thursday. This week seems to keep dragging on and on and on.
Let's see, I was so busy yesterday that I didn't get a chance to post. I have been so good about going to the gym ( Thanks T !! ). I have managed to shed a couple of pounds this week which puts it at a total of 27 lbs lost !! I made a decision back in Febuary to lead a healthier life and I am so proud of myself for turning everything around. I am eating healthier, staying active and in return I am happier. I am now smaller than I was before I ever had my kids. Heck, I think I am smaller than I was when I graduated highschool !! LOL !! Today I am taking the day off. Why you might ask? Well I am excited to say that one of my old friends from highschool is bringing her little boy over tonight. We are going to play catch up and let the kids tear the upstairs up !! I haven't seen Lacie for probably 6-7 years and she is moving back to Houston. I couldn't be more excited !!

Oh, Chris and I have had some friends ( well we are friends with just the husband now ) going through a nasty nasty divorce. Truthfully I haven't see a divorce get this chaotic and nasty...ever !! Anyway, they went to mediation yesterday and FINALLY were able to agree on custody and everything. I think it is best for their son that they were able to come to this agreement. I used to be good friends with the wife, but quickly figured out that it was not a real friendship. The husband however is a close friend of ours. I never had a big brother growing up, but I look up to him like one now. This divorce has emotionally drained the husband and I truly hope that he is able to find happiness again and go on with his life. Actually I wish the same thing for the wife for the sake of their son !!

On another note I MIGHT be getting a promotion at work. A management position has come open and I am in consideration of it. It is in the marketing field again and I KNOW I would love it. I don't want to put too many details in here as I think it is bad luck, but I should know something in the next few days. I will post if I get the job.

Okay, well time to get focused on work and get this Thursday over so I can enjoy my evening with Lacie and get to meet her little boy !!

I Hurt and Lions and Tigers and Rain???

Yep, I am hurting. T and I decided to head back to the gym yesterday. We were soooo good about going for awhile and started slacking. I have been working so hard to lose weight that I knew that it was time to suck it up and go back. I have a feeling that no matter what kind of work out regimen I have I will hate it !! Working out is NOT relaxing to me. It is hard, it makes my muscles ache and it brings back bad memories of highschool drill team where I ached all over.
We started out slow last night. I think we did about 25 minutes of cardio and then did weights. I love working out with T, but she can kick my arse in the gym. That girl has more stamina than I could ever dream of having. I will be ready to die on the eliptical and she is just pumping away. Needless to say, I am in pain today. My inner and outer thighs kill and it hurts every time I lift something. I will push through the pain though b/c I want to look HOT and be the MILF that we all dream of being !! LOL
No seriously, I have my highschool reunion this fall and I want to be proud of my body. People in highschool saw me go through a serious eating disorder and it is nice that I am able to go to the reunion healthy.

On to the next subject kids....

I didn't know that a 4 yr old was capable of talking as much as Rae does. I swear, she wakes up talking and falls asleep mid-sentence. She has developed empathy and EVERYTHING in her world has a mommy. If I step on a spider she FREAKS out and tells me that the spider's mommy is going to be REALLY sad. She is also very inquisitive about God and Jesus. The other day when it was raining she said that she was made at God for making it rain. I had to explain to her that rain was God's way of watering all the trees and flowers. I told her that in order for plants, grass and anything outside to grow that they needed water. I also explained that it was God's way of filling up watering holes for animals. She seemed to accept this answer. The next day when it was raining she said to me. " Mommy, I am not mad at God today. " " I am so happy and proud that he is giving his flowers and animals a drink." She also asks me a lot about her Papa in heaven and our dog in heaven. Ryan NEVER asked me these kind of questions. In fact having a conversation with Ryan is like pulling teeth. He gives you information when he deems necessary. Reagan has an imagination that won't stop. Yesterday she told my friend that she went to the zoo and pet all the animals ( lions and zebra's included ) and that she brought home a giraffe as a pet !!! Where does this child get this imagination from...oh yeah, my mom says me !!! LOL

Just Another Manic Monday !!

Seriously, Mondays suck. They always have and they always will. Even my 4 yr old hates mondays !!

I always sleep late on Sundays and then Sunday night I can never go to sleep. Needless to say I was up until about 1 a.m. last night and had to be up at 5:30 for work today. So, here I am at work. It is a little after seven a.m. and I am trying to collect my thoughts so I can get through today.

This summer is going to be hard to work. This is the first summer I have worked in 3 years. Summer is the time of year when we go to the zoo, waterparks, and other fun places. It is soooo hard being in the office. I miss being a SAHM, but there is nothing I can do about it right now!!
I can't wait until Rae goes to Kindergarden and I can look into furthering my photography business.

Anyway, happy monday to everyone or blah monday to everyone...whatever you prefer.

Fathers Day !!

Okay, it is father's day and I am all alone !! Chris took the kids fishing at 4:30 this morning and I slept in until 9:00 !!! I was amazing. I already bought Chris cards, but I need to pick him up a litle something else. Then we are going to my parents for dinner tonight.

Wow, it is about to pour down rain !! Can it rain anymore these days?

Anyway, once the kids get back I am going to take them to do a little photoshoot. ( As long as the rain lets up !! )

Thanks to my friend Hillary and her cute blog I have decided that I need to start one. It will take me awhile to jump on the wagon, but you know me, I will figure it out soon.

So, lets see what's up. Well, if you know anything about me it is that my life is my children, however I have a pretty fun and active social life also. I go with the "moms" and get pedicures, spa day's, we play bunco, and just hang out.

I am also one of those crazy baseball moms. My life seems to involve baseball of some sort every day. Ryan has been playing bb since he was 3.5 yrs old. He is now six and is thoroughly in love with the sport. He commits about 10-15 hrs a week in just practice alone. Rae has been doing cheer/gymnastics for about 6 months. She likes it, but seems more excited about the fact that we just got her a baseball glove of her own. She will start baseball in the spring.
